We currently deliver our products across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on the serviceability of your pincode.

3. Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India from the date of order confirmation. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Destination address and pincode serviceability
- Availability of the ordered sweets
- Public holidays or unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, strikes, courier issues)
We will notify you via SMS and Email once your order is dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is chargeable and calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
5. Order Tracking & Updates
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation and tracking details via SMS and email (where available). You can contact us anytime for updates regarding your order status.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that the delivery address, contact number, and email provided at checkout are accurate. Gujiya Delights will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the package is returned due to incorrect details or if the recipient is unavailable, re-delivery charges will apply. In such cases, customers will be informed and must confirm re-dispatch by paying applicable charges.
7. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver every order on time, there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you promptly in such situations and make every effort to complete delivery at the earliest possible time.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or find any missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review the issue and take appropriate action (replacement or partial refund as applicable).
9. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered only within India.
